• Complete resident work orders
• inspect and maintain grounds
• perform cleaning and move-in turnover work
• maintain pool areas
• service electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance components
• keep records
• respond to after-hours emergencies and work orders as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
