Senior Solutions Engineer

The Senior Solutions Engineer role is onsite in New York, NY, with annual compensation of $155,000–$200,000 plus bonus. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure and cloud services. The engineer helps enterprise customers deploy AI and machine-learning workloads on Crusoe Cloud by conducting technical discovery, building demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments, troubleshooting workloads, and supporting successful customer handoffs.

What you'll do

• Deliver technical demonstrations and build proof-of-concept environments
• support technical discovery with account executives
• deploy and troubleshoot containerized AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes-based stacks
• help customers adapt workloads from AWS, GCP, or Azure
• document product gaps and bugs for Engineering and relay customer feedback to Product
• prepare transition documentation and instance summaries for customer success handoffs.
