What you'll do

• Lead loan sale, purchase, and participation transactions, including pricing, structure, due diligence, and closing coordination
• review analyst work and reporting
• coordinate priorities and workload
• serve as a contact for brokers, investors, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
• lead valuation, forecasting, analytics, market research, and executive reporting
• implement process improvements and controls
• support audits and regulatory examinations
• mentor analysts.
