What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility
• encourage socialization and assist with activities as directed
• monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being
• document functional status and condition
• provide hands-on support and observation
• report changes or concerns to the Clinical Director or nurse
• record meal intake, output, and bathing
• do residents’ personal laundry
• attend monthly meetings and review staff communication logs and resident notes.
