The operator runs and monitors production machinery to support safe, efficient food manufacturing. The role helps meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable food safety standards.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
• adjust equipment for quality and efficiency
• perform basic troubleshooting and light maintenance
• package and process products according to USDA, FDA, and safety standards
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• collaborate with the team to meet production goals
• work overtime and Saturdays when required.
