Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative role is an onsite position located in Bottineau, ND. Compensation includes a base of $22 per hour plus a bonus element of $1.50-$5 per hour based on KPIs, and a $500 sign-on bonus. This role supports the retail sales team at Mosaic North America. This role exists to serve as an in-store brand ambassador for a major national carrier. By engaging customers, delivering product demonstrations, and educating shoppers on wireless devices and plans, the representative drives sales and builds brand awareness in a retail environment.
