What you'll do

• Own delivery of funded loans through purchase
• manage investor suspense, rebuttals, and curative documentation
• escalate delivery disputes and delayed purchases
• oversee offshore post-closing teams
• track purchase timelines, pipeline aging, and days-to-cash
• serve as a contact for investors and correspondent sellers
• establish delivery service-level agreements and performance standards
• and analyze defects to improve processes.
