Registered Nurse — Adolescent Behavioral Health

The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Tallapoosa, GA, with 12-hour schedule options of 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Pay is $38–$48 per hour. Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat provides residential behavioral health treatment for adolescents ages 11–17. The nurse provides direct care to adolescent clients, including medication administration, health assessments, and monitoring. The role supports clients’ treatment by coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, documenting care, educating clients about health and medications, and responding to clinical changes and crises.

What you'll do

• Administer medications and monitor effects
• complete vital signs and nursing assessments
• conduct weekly evaluations and document findings
• observe changes in physical or mental health
• follow treatment protocols
• educate clients about medications
• collaborate with providers and treatment staff
• contribute medical information to treatment planning
• maintain infection-control standards.
