Lead Dental Assistant

What you'll do

• Oversee and monitor the clinical 24Z workflow
• train assistants on workflow, patient communication, sterilization, and equipment care
• attend quarterly lead assistant trainings
• implement ordering and supply management protocols
• ensure daily end-of-day tasks are completed and submitted
• communicate with Central Operations and individual teams
• report weekly 24Z delivery summaries to the Regional Lead
• support assistant block scheduling.
