What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct regular and random patrols of facility areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and maintain activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation.
