Resident Services Concierge

The role helps residents navigate transportation, appointments, deliveries, events, and other services while maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident, family, guest, vendor, and staff requests
• answer and route calls
• coordinate resident services, transportation, dining reservations, and event lists
• welcome new residents and families
• direct people to community resources
• monitor sign-in logs
• receive and distribute mail and packages
• maintain the reception and lobby area.
