What you'll do

• Check on assigned residents and report changes in condition
• respond promptly to security systems and call bells
• assist with continence care, meals, cleanliness, activities of daily living, life enrichment, and laundry
• observe and document medications and treatments
• report medication concerns
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• record vital signs
• report occupational exposures.
