The coach leads age-appropriate practices and supports youth participants during practices and games. The role promotes safety, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and enjoyment of recreational sports.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead age-appropriate practices that teach sport fundamentals and skills.
• Coach participants during practices and games, organize drills and activities, and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Follow safety procedures, respond appropriately to emergencies, communicate with participants, parents, volunteers, and staff, set up and take down equipment, inspect playing areas and equipment, and attend required meetings, training, and league events.
