What you'll do

• Advise public companies on SEC reporting and securities matters
• advise on capital markets transactions
• represent buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-outs
• advise on business formation, governance, and equity financings
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• coordinate transaction teams
• conduct legal research and provide strategic advice
• develop client relationships
• train and mentor junior attorneys
• collaborate across practice groups and offices.
