What you'll do

• Manage a diverse caseload focused on medical malpractice claims
• collaborate with attorneys, team members, and partners on legal projects and case strategy
• attend court appearances, depositions, motion hearings, and other proceedings, including trial participation
• communicate case updates and manage client expectations
• draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement agreements
• support trial preparation and settlement negotiations.
