The role establishes and runs the factory operation, translating engineering designs into reliable, repeatable, and economical production as the company scales its camera-system fleet. It owns production readiness, quality, supply availability, team development, and manufacturing performance.

What you'll do

• Design and launch assembly processes, production flow, work instructions, fixtures, tooling, test stations, safety policies, and schedules
• plan capacity, labor, supply chain, purchasing, and production
• hire, train, schedule, and manage assembly technicians
• purchase components and manage suppliers, lead times, and inventory
• establish incoming, in-process, and final quality processes, testing, records, and traceability
• coordinate with Hardware Engineering on bills of materials, design changes, new-product introduction, and design-for-manufacturing improvements
• track manufacturing cost, throughput, yield, rework, and production KPIs
• ensure finished systems are tested, documented, serialized, packaged, and ready for Deployment Operations.
