Job overview

The Senior Technical Business Analyst, Wealth & Trust Modernization role is hybrid, with listed locations in Cincinnati, OH; Farmington Hills, MI; Frisco, TX; or Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $65–$75 per hour. The analyst supports a strategic effort to modernize a legacy Wealth and Trust Accounting platform and its technology architecture. The role bridges business stakeholders, architecture, technology delivery teams, and executives by translating business needs into requirements and modernization plans. Its analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination help guide platform transformation and strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and high-level technical requirements
• analyze current processes, systems, integrations, and data flows
• create capability maps, process flows, use cases, user stories, and requirements documentation
• facilitate stakeholder workshops
• identify architecture gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities
• support application rationalization, platform transformation, and system integration
• document architecture decisions and modernization roadmaps
• prepare executive presentations and communicate findings and recommendations.
