The Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (OSCLDP) is a two-year rotational experience in Kohler, WI, designed to accelerate high-potential talent into future leaders. Participants engage in four meaningful six-month rotations across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, quality, and continuous improvement. This program exists to build enterprise mindset, technical capability, and leadership confidence. Supported by executive mentorship, structured development, and cohort-based learning, associates contribute to strategic priorities and help shape the future of Operations and Supply Chain at Kohler.

What you'll do

• Analyze end-to-end processes, data, and material flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with plants, distribution centers, and corporate functions.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methods to standardize processes.
• Develop technical and business acumen through project ownership.
• Build leadership capability through exposure to frontline operations.
• Participate in immersive onboarding and semi-annual seminars.
• Engage in mentorship and networking events.
