What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, grooming, mobility, and other daily activities
• support self-help skills
• take and record vital signs as ordered or delegated
• document care and report accidents, incidents, or changes in health or mental status
• assist with activities, meals, linens, clothing, and beds
• clean care equipment and help maintain a neat facility
• protect resident confidentiality and rights
• follow facility policies and emergency procedures.
