Production Operator — First Shift

The operator performs production tasks across coil departments, including preparing, coating, moving, and inspecting customer equipment, while maintaining a safe work environment and supporting product quality.

What you'll do

• Place caps on open coil tubes
• straighten metal coil fins
• dip customer coils into coating tanks
• operate overhead cranes and hoists to move coils through tanks
• spray coils with primer or coatings
• unpack customer equipment and match paperwork
• move coils into ovens
• inspect coating coverage
• move drums
• clean as needed
• maintain a safe work environment.
