What you'll do

• Lead medical-device product development under applicable FDA design controls and standards
• coordinate regulatory submission files
• develop project plans and budgets
• establish design specifications from user needs
• develop prototypes and test protocols
• evaluate product performance and risks
• lead design reviews and pre-clinical animal and cadaveric evaluations
• write and review SOPs
• support quality systems and production processes
• travel to customers, vendors, and other locations 10–20%.
