Senior Program Manager — Cyber Security Operations Center

The Senior Program Manager — Cyber Security Operations Center role is onsite in Rockville, MD, and pays $170,000–$190,000 annually. The program manager establishes and executes the security operations strategy, coordinates program and operational work, and leads risk management, incident response, compliance, and security technology efforts. The role helps protect the client’s digital assets and align security operations with agency objectives and federal requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the SOC strategic vision, performance metrics, and goals
• manage the program according to contract requirements, management plan, and work schedule
• coordinate SOC task orders and operational activities
• manage project scope, schedule, and resources
• develop cybersecurity strategy and risk mitigation plans
• establish security policies and procedures and support compliance with federal mandates
• lead incident response planning
• promote security awareness and training
• oversee security technologies
• communicate security matters to executives, the client, and stakeholders
• monitor threats and improve security posture. Current CISSP and U.S. citizenship are required
• PMP is preferred.
