This role supports the Cox Automotive enterprise research team by architecting research systems and strategy. This position exists to lead high-complexity research initiatives, define enterprise-level insight frameworks, and influence executive decision-making through evidence-based research. The researcher will mentor senior staff and drive the adoption of AI-native research methodologies to scale operations and improve product outcomes.

What you'll do

• Architect enterprise-level research systems, including taxonomies and insight lifecycle management.
• Lead multi-portfolio research programs to inform strategic product investments.
• Set standards for research quality, ethics, and governance.
• Develop AI-native research tools and automation pipelines.
• Partner with Research Operations on panel strategy and vendor selection.
• Mentor senior researchers and guide capability development.
