What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• monitor and record vital signs and intake/output
• respond to call lights and resident requests
• report changes in condition
• assist with restorative care and daily activities
• maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• collaborate with nurses and caregivers.
