What you'll do

• Remove snow and control ice by shoveling, salting, and operating snow-removal equipment
• assist with grounds maintenance, debris removal, sidewalk and common-area cleanup, and watering plants as needed
• support basic maintenance, material handling, unit preparation, and work orders as directed
• report safety concerns and maintenance issues
• keep shops, storage areas, and equipment organized
• interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members
• follow safety standards.
