What you'll do

• Conduct initial referrals and meet with children at least monthly
• review case records and develop recruitment plans
• search for and contact people connected to each child
• assess adoption readiness quarterly
• prepare children and families for adoption
• maintain contact with each child’s network
• document recruitment efforts
• prepare court reports and testify when necessary
• attend required meetings and training
• travel for visits and work-related appointments
• provide services after normal working hours and on weekends when necessary.
