A/B-Level Automotive Technician

Job overview

The A/B-Level Automotive Technician role is onsite in Appleton, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Base pay is $30–$40 per hour, plus productivity bonuses of up to an additional $15 per hour when technician efficiency reaches 100% or higher. The role supports Service Garage, a Fox Valley automotive repair shop focused on quality repairs and clear customer communication. The technician diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electrical vehicle issues, performs maintenance and inspections, and documents findings and recommendations in Tekmetric. This work helps deliver reliable repairs across domestic, European, and Asian vehicles.

What you'll do

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics
• troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• complete maintenance and mechanical repairs
• inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs
• independently diagnose concerns and recommend solutions
• work on domestic, European, and Asian vehicles
• document repairs and inspection findings in Tekmetric and complete digital vehicle inspections.
