Memory Care Director

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, supervise, train, and retain Memory Care staff
• maintain staffing coverage
• develop and update program policies with leadership
• address survey deficiencies
• provide dementia-specific education and competency development
• oversee activities and volunteer involvement
• participate in pre-admission screening
• coordinate individualized care plans
• communicate with residents and families
• attend department meetings
• and serve as Manager on Duty during assigned weekends or holidays.

Why this role

Requires a current Georgia CMA and CNA license in good standing. The posting requires relevant nursing or med-tech credentials or certified dementia practitioner training, two years of geriatric care experience, and supervisory experience.
