Personal Care Aide

The Personal Care Aide role is onsite in Ashburn, VA, with care provided in clients’ homes in the Ashburn and Leesburg area. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. Pamir Healthcare Services provides personalized home care intended to help clients live comfortably and independently. The aide assists clients with daily activities, companionship, meals, mobility, and household tasks while following care plans. The role also involves observing and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior and helping with appointments and errands as needed.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• monitor and report health or behavior changes
• accompany clients to appointments and errands as required.
