Security Officer — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff
• monitor CCTV, security alarms, and refrigeration tracking systems
• respond and take corrective action under policy when refrigeration monitoring warrants it
• conduct clinic patrols
• verify identification and issue visitor passes
• respond to medical incidents, security breaches, and fire alarms
• collaborate with healthcare staff and law enforcement during investigations
• maintain activity and incident logs
• enforce clinic safety and security policies
• attend required training and continuing education
• assist clinical staff with lifting or transporting patients as needed.

Why this role

Basic first aid and CPR certification may be obtained within the first 90 days. A Florida Security D License or required certification may be obtained within 90 days through the Watson Clinic Center for Education.
