What you'll do

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to multidisciplinary behavioral health staff
  • oversee services for children and adults with mental health and substance use needs
  • ensure compliance with applicable standards
  • provide mental health services to a small caseload
  • coach and train staff
  • collaborate with agencies, schools, and service providers
  • conduct quarterly chart reviews and track goals
  • track service-related financials
  • identify service needs and implement responses
  • attend leadership and stakeholder meetings.
