What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for Snacks & Drinks operations
• keep micro-kitchens, displays, and coffee bars stocked, clean, and maintained
• oversee receiving, stocking, FIFO rotation, inventory, and equipment needs
• direct and support attendants
• assist with hiring, training, and coaching
• respond to client and guest needs
• provide daily and weekly updates
• and track waste, donations, and operational metrics. May assist with other front-of-house tasks as business needs arise.
