Senior Facilities Analyst

What you'll do

• Support facility and real-property management and sustainment
• participate in facilities working groups
• support planning, execution, and documentation of MILCON and SRM projects
• track maintenance activities using BUILDER e-SMS and ISR-I
• review infrastructure concerns and coordinate scopes of work
• coordinate cost estimates and track funding
• monitor contractor activities and review technical designs and submittals
• prepare executive-level decision materials and status reports.
