What you'll do

• Create a friendly environment for guests
• recommend beverages and answer questions about recipes
• provide professional customer service
• serve guests efficiently
• prepare and serve coffee drinks to Center standards
• maintain personal appearance and uniform requirements
• keep work areas clean
• report equipment or maintenance issues to the Coffee Shop Manager
• assist with restocking inventory and supplies.
