The Night Shift Supervisor — Plastic Injection Molding role is onsite in Saline, MI. The supervisor leads production employees and coordinates injection molding operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals. Hands-on oversight of setups, troubleshooting, staffing, and shift communication supports efficient manufacturing and consistent output.

What you'll do

• Supervise production employees
• assign work and monitor schedules
• oversee job setups, mold changes, startups, and shutdowns
• troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues
• monitor production rates, scrap, and efficiency
• maintain production and attendance records
• train and coach employees
• communicate shift issues and handoffs
• stop production for safety or quality concerns.
