The Senior Counsel, Real Estate Development role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. The role supports CoreWeave’s Legal and Government Affairs team and development of digital infrastructure projects. This counsel provides legal support for real estate development, construction, and infrastructure transactions across the company’s data center portfolio. The role helps projects advance from site acquisition through construction and operational delivery by advising on agreements, due diligence, permitting, risk, and transaction execution, while balancing legal risk with commercial priorities.

What you'll do

• Provide legal support across commercial real estate development and infrastructure projects
• draft, review, and negotiate real estate, construction, infrastructure, and professional services agreements
• advise on zoning, permitting, entitlement, land use, utility, and regulatory matters
• support due diligence, transaction execution, and closings
• advise on construction risk, claims, indemnities, warranties, and disputes
• manage outside counsel
• develop scalable legal templates, playbooks, and contracting processes
• partner with cross-functional teams.
