POSITION SUMMARY: The Barn Staff is responsible for the care of Frost Valley YMCA’s Equestrian Center at our Main Camp or East Valley Ranch property. This person will be responsible for the care of 20-50 horses. This position is also responsible for upholding the equestrian schedule for guests. During the spring and fall this position will assist with facilitating lessons and/or trail rides
