What you'll do

• Maintain case files, progress logs, educational portfolios, and incident reports
• prepare treatment plans and meetings
• support foster families with program compliance
• recruit and interview potential foster/adoptive parents
• evaluate placements
• process youth intake
• conduct monthly foster-home inspections
• monitor medical, mental health, and education needs
• attend court and state meetings
• prepare discharge plans and outcome reports
• coordinate community services and post-discharge contacts
• travel within Region 8
• remain available on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
