Dementia Skilled Care Provider — Weekend Caregiver

Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in the Goose Creek, SC area, providing care in clients’ homes; pay is $15–$17 per hour. Visiting Angels’ mission is to provide high-quality assistance with activities of daily living and compassionate, reliable care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• remind and assist with prescribed medications
• support mobility and transportation
• assist with exercises as directed
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship
• accompany clients on errands
• monitor and report changes in condition
• maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately during emergencies.
