What you'll do

• Operate office equipment and process training records
• enter attendance data
• scan, name, organize, file, and archive documents
• track document status
• locate and verify records
• review forms for missing or inconsistent information and flag discrepancies
• assist with high-volume data entry
• provide basic iPad troubleshooting and setup guidance
• report recurring technical issues
• perform related duties and projects as assigned.
