The role coordinates harness architecture, circuit design, component packaging, and electrical requirements with systems and battery-management engineers, supporting product development and launches.

What you'll do

• Lead harness topology and partitioning
• package components and coordinate with other application systems
• optimize harness complexity through standardization and modularity
• code circuits
• complete battery-system electrical connectivity designs, wire lists, DEF files, and load analysis
• review voltage-drop calculations and circuit sizing
• determine connector pin counts and circuit protection
• collaborate with Systems and BMS Hardware Engineers
• track program progress
• support pre-launch builds and product launches.
