The role is part of Rezo Therapeutics’ R&D organization, supporting its mission to improve drug-development success through an integrated network biology platform. The director translates company and program goals into coordinated plans, decision-making, and measurable deliverables. The role builds program-management capabilities and aligns cross-functional teams and external collaborators as therapeutic programs advance toward IND submission and clinical development.

What you'll do

• Lead planning and execution across program teams
• partner with program team leaders to translate strategy and stakeholder needs into execution plans
• lead cross-functional meetings on program strategy, decisions, and risks
• create master timelines and plans
• oversee communications with external collaborators, industry partners, and CROs
• build a program-management team as the pipeline advances
• implement consistent program-management practices across functions
• collaborate with executive leadership on operational procedures and process improvements.
