What you'll do

• Record and review patient visit information, including allergies, medications, and social and family history
• room patients
• prepare and clean treatment rooms and instruments
• organize and schedule appointments
• triage patients
• update and file medical records
• assist with examinations
• prepare correspondence and forms
• provide wound care including suture and staple removal
• take vital signs
• draw up medication
• obtain insurance authorizations
• cast and splint
• help maintain clinical flow and teamwork.
