Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses of up to $450 per month. The representative serves as a primary contact for borrowers, answering questions and supporting accurate communication, documentation, and follow-through. What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound borrower calls
• respond to emails and written correspondence
• research accounts across servicing platforms
• document interactions and account activity
• perform document tracking, payment recording, legal tracking, data entry, and assigned projects
• follow procedures and privacy and compliance guidelines.
