The Warehouse Logistics Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in Clifton Park, NY, Monday through Friday. Pay is $30–$35 per hour, with eligibility for variable compensation. NECI provides automation solutions for manufacturing, laboratory operations, process development, and process control. The supervisor leads and participates in daily warehouse logistics, ensuring safe and accurate movement of materials and finished goods through shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment. The role coordinates team priorities and works with operations, production, quality, procurement, and order management to maintain inventory accuracy and customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Supervise and participate in shipping, receiving, picking, staging, inventory control, and fulfillment
• set daily priorities and monitor workflow

• maintain accurate inventory transactions and support counts
• coordinate shipment schedules and documentation
• resolve discrepancies
• maintain organized warehouse areas and promote safety and quality procedures.
