What you'll do

• Supervise a team of eight IHBT therapists
• track fidelity and client engagement for certification
• oversee therapist performance and evaluations
• promote programs and services
• maintain relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders
• prioritize cases by acuity
• monitor productivity and clinical documentation
• facilitate programming onsite and in the community
• provide clinical coverage as needed
• track participant data
• assist with interviewing and onboarding therapists
• travel within the service area.
