The physician contributes to the team by collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to integrate medical, behavioral, and dental health services, ensuring high-quality care for underserved populations.

What you'll do

• Work within a dynamic outpatient clinic setting and collaborate with other primary care physicians, APPs, mental health specialists, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, women’s health clinicians, pediatricians, podiatrists, senior care, clinical, and administrative support staff.
• Provide care for a geriatric-focused patient panel.
• Maintain an outpatient-only schedule.
