What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
• lead parent training
• review client progress and make data-based treatment decisions
• maintain documentation meeting BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
• collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate
• participate in clinical collaboration and team communication.
