Floating Maintenance Specialist Job Responsibilities. Fill in for open maintenance positions within the assigned portfolio. Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders within the assigned portfolio. Conducts monthly safety meetings, schedules and performs preventative maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and reporting requirements.
