As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will be supported by a community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents, guiding you through the transition from student nurse to registered nurse.

What you'll do

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered.
• Document care in the patient medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for therapeutic response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Teach patients, families, and caregivers about their medical condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
